The FREE INSURANCE offer is available only to those customers who have acquired an instrument from a participating retailer and were issued with a NEW MOON FREE INSURANCE voucher at the time of purchase. If you do not have such a voucher, and you bought your instrument from a participating retailer, you will need to return to the retailer to obtain a voucher as they are specially coded to that retailer.

The policy used for the free insurance offer is our “Natural” policy. This does not cover professional (paid for) use, overseas travel and theft from unattended vehicles.
